Rebecca Giguere, MPH
Rebecca Giguere is a Senior Research Associate Faculty Member at the Center for Translational Behavioral Science at the FSU College of Medicine. Her research has focused on overseeing behavioral aspects of clinical microbicide trials, including computer assisted self-interview survey design and qualitative data collection and analysis. In addition, she has coordinated implementation science studies to explore feasibility of integrating evidence-based HIV prevention practices into public health agencies.
Rebecca is project director of the YACHT study, which uses quality monitoring via Mystery Shoppers and HealthForce training in Tailored Motivational Interviewing with personalized technical assistance to improve developmentally and culturally responsive delivery of evidence-based practices for young sexual minority men at HIV testing agencies in the Florida EHE counties.
