Brenda Echeverri, MS

Brenda Echeverri completed her bachelor's degree in Health Sciences and master's degree in Research Psychology at Oakland University, in Rochester, Michigan. Brenda has experience in research project planning, implementation, and management. She has a strong background in psychological and behavioral health research. While completing her graduate degree, she conducted and published her own research on emotional mechanisms underlying post-traumatic stress and disordered eating. Brenda is the Center Manager & Administrator at the Center for Translational Behavioral Science (CTBS) and is liaison to other departmental and academic organizations. She provides strategic operational and research support to CTBS teams, including the three CTBS cores, and leads the coordination of center-wide initiatives and activities. Brenda is also project manager of the NIH-sponsored project, The ORBIT Institute.
